The dies are equipped with RFID chips for reduced job setup time, and an intuitive 7" touchscreen display allows the operator to sequence and program each job. The Tornado's BDT technology separates, lifts, and transports a wide range of media reliably, minimizing downtime. It features interposer bins that hold book media and auto-collates front/back covers, inserts, and index tabs into the book block during punching. The machine can punch up to 10,800 sheets per hour and offset stack the finished book blocks in the exit stacker.
